Lenangio is an oncology drug containing Lenalidomide, an immunomodulatory agent used to treat blood cancers like multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), and certain lymphomas by boosting the immune system to fight cancer cells, inhibiting new blood vessel growth (angiogenesis) for tumors, and directly targeting cancer cell growth. It's a targeted therapy, not traditional chemotherapy, and works by activating immune cells (T-cells, NK cells) and cutting off tumor nutrient supply.
