What is Urimax Capsule?

Urimax Capsule contains Tamsulosin, a medication used to treat the symptoms of an enlarged prostate—medically known as Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). It belongs to a class of drugs called alpha-1 adrenergic blockers that work by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate.

It does not reduce the size of the prostate, but it helps relieve urinary symptoms like weak stream, frequent urination, and difficulty starting or stopping urination.

How Urimax Works

Urimax D (with Dutasteride) also shrinks the prostate over time by inhibiting the conversion of testosterone to DHT (dihydrotestosterone).

Dosage & Administration
